Frequently Asked Questions
Here you’ll find answers to the most frequently asked questions about WP Auto Publish.
Can I use the plugin on multiple sites?
Yes. Depending on your license (Single, Plus, or Multi), you can activate WP Auto Publish on a defined number of sites.
Are images included?
The plugin integrates with external generators (e.g., AI image services). You can also set a royalty-free fallback.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime. You’re eligible for a refund within 14 days if you’re initially unsatisfied (see terms).
Is WP Auto Publish compatible with WordPress Multisite?
Yes. You can activate it per-site or network-wide. Quotas and time windows are managed at each site’s level.
Do staging environments count toward my site quota?
By default, domains marked as staging or private subdomains can be excluded from counting. You can manage this rule in the License settings.
How do cadence, time windows, and daily quotas work?
You set a frequency (e.g., every 10 min), a window (e.g., 08:00–20:00), and a max volume per day. The engine pauses automatically outside the window or once the quota is reached.
Can I enable parallelism to publish faster?
Yes. Parallelism (e.g., ×5) launches multiple tasks at once. Adjust the level to your hosting capacity to avoid resource overages.
How do I avoid duplicate titles or sources?
A de-duplication layer checks titles, URLs, and content signatures before insertion. On collision, the task can be skipped or regenerated according to your setting.
Where can I find logs and task history?
The Logs/Jobs tab shows detailed information for each run (input, output, time, status). You can filter by date, status, or source, and export to CSV.
Is the plugin compatible with Yoast, Rank Math, and modern themes?
Yes. Standard SEO fields are filled automatically. There’s no hard dependency on the theme: the plugin follows WordPress conventions.
Which AI providers are supported for text and images?
You can connect your own API keys (text and images). Model choice is up to you and is configured in the settings.
What happens if a third-party API returns an error or hits a limit?
The engine applies exponential retries and queues the task. Failures are logged for manual or automatic recovery.
Does WP Auto Publish impact my site’s performance?
Processing is asynchronous and optimized (batching, caching, backoff). Avoid excessive parallelism on limited hosting plans.
How can I precisely schedule publications (time zones)?
Tasks use the time zone set in WordPress. You can define slots per site/content type and force a time zone if needed.
How are privacy and GDPR compliance handled?
The plugin only collects what’s necessary for operation. Generated content and logs stay with you. Refer to our privacy policy.
Can I edit my prompt templates and variables (language, keywords, tone)?
Yes. Templates are 100% editable, multilingual, and versioned. You can inject variables per task or per campaign.
Is there a WP-CLI command or Cron to control the engine?
Yes. A WP-CLI command and a system/WordPress Cron can trigger processing at regular intervals and simplify DevOps integration.
Can I transfer my license to another domain?
Yes. Deactivate the license on the old domain, then activate it on the new one. The expiration date remains unchanged.
How do I upgrade my license?
From your customer area, choose a higher plan. You only pay the pro-rated difference where applicable.
How can I get invoices with VAT/company details?
Enter your information under Profile → Billing. PDF invoices are generated automatically and available for download.
What should I do if my license key is compromised?
Revoke the key from your customer area and generate a new one. You’ll need to update it on your authorized sites.
Does the plugin work behind a firewall or IP allowlist?
Yes, but you’ll need to allow outbound connections to your external APIs. Any domains/ports to allow are listed in the technical docs.
Do you offer an API or webhooks?
A REST API and event webhooks (success, failure, quotas reached) are available to automate your integrations.
How do I troubleshoot “0 publications” while Cron is running?
First check quotas, time windows, and filters. Then review logs (API errors, duplicates) and try a manual run via WP-CLI.
Does the plugin modify my theme or existing pages?
No. It’s limited to creating content and metadata. There are no theme overrides or template changes.
What is your support response time?
We typically respond within 24–48 business hours. Higher-tier plans include priority handling and a dedicated channel.
