Refund Policy

Our goal is to help you automate your editorial production with confidence. If our product doesn’t meet your expectations, this policy explains when you can request a refund and how to proceed.


1) Scope

This policy applies to purchases of WP Auto Publish licenses made on wp-auto-publish.com (subscriptions and renewals). Purchases made through resellers or third-party marketplaces follow those platforms’ rules.

2) “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee (14 Days)

We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if:

  • The plugin didn’t meet your needs despite standard configuration.
  • You reported the issue to support and attempted the recommended troubleshooting steps.
  • The request is made by the account holder using the billing email address.

Exclusions

  • Clear abuse or use contrary to the license; payment fraud.
  • Repeated and unfounded requests; requests after the 14-day window.
  • Installation/configuration services already delivered.

3) Subscriptions, Renewals & Proration

  • Auto-renewal You can disable it before the due date. Renewals already charged are generally non-refundable.
  • Upgrade When upgrading, you pay the difference. No negative proration for past periods.
  • Downgrade Takes effect next cycle. No partial refund for the current cycle.

4) Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

For consumers located in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal may apply. However, for digital content/software delivered by immediate download, this right may be waived if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal at the time of download/activation.

If you are a professional (B2B), the right of withdrawal generally does not apply.

5) Refund Request Procedure

Steps

  • Contact: support@wp-auto-publish.com
  • Provide: order number, account email, purchase date, specific reason.
  • Follow the requested tests/diagnostics (logs, screenshots, WP/PHP versions).

Timing & Payout

  • Processing by our team: within 3–7 business days.
  • Refund via the original payment method (Stripe): 5–10 business days depending on the bank.

6) Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may temporarily suspend license access during the review. To accelerate resolution, please contact support first; most cases are resolved quickly without a banking dispute.

7) Common Cases

  • Theme/plugin incompatibility: we’ll attempt to fix it. If impossible and within 14 days, a refund may be issued.
  • Heavy usage/hosting limits: non-refundable, but we’ll help tune cadence/parallelism.
  • Order error (duplicate purchase): duplicate refunds after verification.

8) How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

From your customer area, go to BillingAuto-renewal and set the status to “Disabled.” You’ll retain access until the end of the current period.

Summary: full refund within 14 days for the initial purchase if the issue cannot be resolved. Renewals already charged are not refunded. For digital downloads, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if you consented to immediate delivery.
